Head of Sales/ Partnerships (SG) - Proptech
We are looking for a digital savvy person with real estate. As Head of Sales - Partnerships, your main mission is to help landlords, space operators and brokers market their office spaces on the platform. The main part of your role is to create strong partnerships by onboarding and guiding them through the online process.

Acquire new business and further develop the broker partnership base
Achieve monthly individual & team sales targets
Align with partners: engaging in planning, opportunity development, deal strategy and offer pricing, solution support and deal closing
Understand partners’ business needs and accurately articulate the platform’s value proposition at the executive level.
Communicate sales and performance to goals regularly
Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development and team collaboration.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the platform’s offers and stay current on the competitive landscape and industry trends
Good written and oral communication skills

Passion for teaching, sharing with and learning from others to shape process

Excitement, curiosity and eagerness to learn!
Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin a plus!
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in real estate
Local market knowledge and functional experience in commercial real estate (office space a plus!)
Proven success with consultative sales in establishing effective relationships with key decision makers: landlords or brokers
Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
